This global recruitment company builds embedded talent teams for some of the world’s fastest-growing scale-ups and leading enterprises, including Deel, Heineken, Miro, Grammarly, Eneco, and TikTok.

Under Adriaan’s leadership, MATCHR has become a fully remote global organization that connects exceptional talent with ambitious companies, helping founders and executives scale their teams, strengthen their cultures, and achieve sustainable growth.

Adriaan is also the founder of 24 The Planet, a global impact movement that brings people together through endurance, connection, and purpose. Each year, hundreds of participants walk 24 hours non-stop to raise funds and awareness for climate restoration projects across Africa. His vision is to expand 24 The Planet into every major city around the world, igniting local action for global change.

Beyond his ventures, Adriaan is an active angel investor in purpose-led startups, including Billy Grace, Jackfruit Finance, Springcast, Heep, Temper, Good Interfaces, and RealDrives. Each investment reflects his passion for innovation, leadership, and creating positive impact through business.

Earlier in his career, Adriaan worked at Unilever in both finance and brand management, where he learned the value of structure, execution, and leadership. His journey from corporate trainee to founder has shaped his profound belief that business success and human potential must go hand in hand.
